Effective July 1, 2024, the SA Government awarded Smart Group the contract for all salary packaging services under a new BYO structure which has made Novated Leasing more straightforward to establish, transparent, competitive, and affordable than ever.
Most importantly, employees now enjoy complete freedom of choice when purchasing a salary-packaged vehicle. The old "self-managed lease" is a thing of the past. Under the new "BYO lease" option, all employees can choose where they purchase, finance, and insure their vehicles. For just one low annual fee of $26, you can have your BYO lease fully managed at no additional cost.
